It also helps us to understand which parts of the site are most popular and to assess user behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the “Echo Steps” website.

 

Security and where we store your personal data

When potential clients contact us, they may forward their name, phone number and email. We will take this as an indication of interest in our services and will confirm our reasons for receiving this information. This information is always treated in the strictest confidence.  This information will be kept for a maximum of 2 years.

All clients provide their name, phone number and email. Client information is not shared with any third party. This information is always treated in the strictest confidence and is held for 7 years, as per insurance requirements.

Pre-Coaching Questionnaires and Coaching Forms may be used to assist in the preparation for coaching sessions. Post-session notes may be taken for the coach’s own evaluation and progress. Information in these notes is anonymised to protect the privacy of the individual.

These documents, which help to provide a quality service, are deleted and hard copies securely destroyed when the client engagement concludes.

All electronic documents are encrypted and strongly password protected.

You have the right to erase/delete data relating to you at any stage, as set out in the ‘Your Rights’ section below.
